Thankful for … the teachers and therapists at Woodbury Autism Education and Research School
For this week I am thankful I wanted to send out a BIG thank to to the Teachers and Therapists at Woodbury Autism Education and Research School. They do a wonderful job in helping us with LittleMan’s therapy and teaching him new skills, developing his play capabilities and developing his social interaction.
The whole team at Woodbury are a wonderful group of people that work really hard over many hours to get the hard won gains with all of the students. I am grateful for all the work that they do, both the seen and un-seen, the passion in which they do it and the way that they care about LittleMan and helping him achieve the best he can.
I was fortunate enough to have a short visit on Friday for LittleMan’s birthday and join in with some of the activities. It was a wonderful afternoon and I am so grateful to have been able to share that with him and some of his classmates. We played pass-the parcel … sang some songs and enjoyed some treats.
We are very fortunate that he has been able to come to Woodbury and I am thankful to all that they do.
Today I am blogging as a part of the Blog Action Day 2012 … and supporting the ‘Power of We’.
